The number of listings in Central Wellington has risen to an all-time high. This may be due to duplicate listings, properties for sale being rented temporarily or maybe new apartment buildings. Conversely there is a shortage of properties available in many other parts of the city, this week Eastbourne has just 3 properties, down from over 10 the same time last year.
