A change in definition of Trademe locations looks likely to have messed with earlier data so I have limited this data to the last 5 years. please be cautious of the output. BTW it is simply the regional count of properties for rent on trademe every week of the data shown. I am suspicious that the earlier data double counted somewhere, but I cannot tell anymore.
